    I built this type of shed 14 years ago. It still holding after 14 winters, no rust. I suggest to use caulking instead of tape to cover screw holes to prevent water leak. I recommend getting a floor kit laying it on a level surface otherwise you'll have problems aligning the pre-drilled holes. You need room around the shed so you can place your ladder to work on the roof. I started assembling the pieces by myself and asked my buddy to put it together in non-windy day. I just ordered another one for my other home. The instruction is very clear. Do it step by step. No problem.
