The last garden hose you'll ever buy. December 15, 2010
I bought this hose as a Christmas present for an avid gardener who is always complaining about kinked, leaking, or stubborn plastic hoses. I have one of these that I have used for 35 years and have yet to take it back for a replacement. Yes it is guaranteed for life. As long as you don't cut it up with the lawnmower, or leave water in it to freeze, you will never need to buy another hose.

Terrible Hose January 09, 2009
I have one of these hoses that drives me crazy. It constantly kinks - every time you take it off the hose rack, every time you move it around and every time you try to wind it back up. It fights you all the way when you try to wind it back up. If it's wet or your hands are wet when you handle it, you'll wind up looking like you cleaned ashes from a wood stove bare handed. The hose will last, however, to annpoy you a long time. Mine is 21 years old and still aggrevates me each and every summer.

a little rub of color to hands,May kinkThis rubber hose stands up to regular, heavy use, either in a hose reel or out in the open hot Hawaiian sun without problems. Over the years, we have replaced our other hoses with this product, which has been worth the extra cost (using the Craftman Club discount has been great!) and we recommend it highly. The stainless steel couplings, have stood up very well, and we have not had to replace any male or female fittings, like we have had to do with others.

Caught this on sale a couple of years ago. I use it in my backyard once in awhile and it gets the job done. Nothing fancy, but it is more than sufficient for what I need. I think that it is a good product if you get it at the right price.

durable,forever guaranteeWhen I bought this rubber hose more than 10 years ago, my husband questioned my spending this much money for a hose. I always saw that rubber hoses do not tangle like the other types of hoses such as vinyl ones.
He soon changed his mind when he used the hose and when he saw the lifetime warranty on it. We've never had to buy another hose, just simply take the hose back to Sears and they replace it.
Since that time, my husband always buys Craftsman hoses, tools and garden equipment and will do so, from now on with no complaints about the cost. The hose is well worth its price tag.
