    Works great! January 31, 2010

I just bought this yesterday and so far so good. It started right up and washed what I wanted washed. Lots of pressure, more then my old one which was a 1500 psi unit. I had the old one for 16 years and the only reason I bought this one is that the pump cracked on the old one. The secret to this type of pressure washer is to never ever let the washer run with out the trigger being held open. Not for start-ups of shut downs, aways hold the trigger open.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! April 11, 2011

Bought this product 2 years ago. I have used it about 8 times. From the very first time I used it, the pressure takes a while for the water to come out strong. Long story short, I turned it on for the first time yesterday. It took a second for it to turn over. After 5 minutes of being on, the engine made aloud noise and smoke started to come out of engine. That was it. IO think it is dead. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR TWO YEAR USE! BUY A HONDA!.

Continuous problems with pump July 28, 2010
    By Micromotor of Dover, DE
    Pros:
Looks Good, starts with no problem, easy to store
    Cons:
    Bad pump,Worthless warranty

I have owned this pressure washer for about 2 1/2 years but have only used it a few times.  I bought it at the end of a season but didn't get around to using it until a year later.  The first time I tried it it appears that some type of pressure relief valve in the pump frooze up and the unit struggled to idle. Basically when you release the switch on the wand, it seems like it is still trying to pump water while there is no place for it to go.  The engine struggles and overheats.  It then become impossible to start because of the pressure on the pump.  I called Sears for service but they said it was out of warranty (even though I hadn't been able to use it once) and I had to pay for the repair.  Now, I tried it again this summer and it is doing the same thing again.

This pressure washer fit our needs perfectly. June 10, 2010
    By cowantp of Kapowsin, WA
    Pros:
    starts with no problem
    Cons:
    injection system plugs easily

This pressure washer cleans everything we needed it to clean. The house, the fence, the gazebo and more. Be sure to flush the soap injection system with clean water or it will plug up.

Crafstman makes good hand tools. That being screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets etc... All the power equipment they make are junk. Craftman name brand refers to tools not power equipment......
