Pros:
Powerful,Quiet EngineI replaced an older unit with a 6HP B&S engine. This one is much more powerful and surprisingly quiet even at full throttle. The throttle that goes down to a low idle instead of completely off so it's easy to cool down the pump without accidentally shutting off the engine. That problem on the old unit was the likely cause of failure of the pump. You get a nice long hose included rated for 4000 psi with quick connects. Cheaper models provide only a 25' hose that really isn't adequate for cleaning 2 story houses. Assembly is simple with just the upper handle to attach, no tools required. I don't understand why they didn't have the tires at full pressure, instead of the 5 psi that had both tires flattened and tough to wheel out of the box. Wheels are metal, not plastic so no worries while inflating the tires. My only complaint is the cheap plastic oil dipstick/cover and plastic drain plug on the pump housing. The dipstick was broken off out of the oil stained box when I bought it. It was the only one in stock and they wouldn't let me open it at the store before purchase. I drained what little oil was still in the pump at first and noticed the plastic drain plug has very fine threads that are a challenge to get started. Seems it will be easy to cross-thread and damage the plug. This doesn't appear a good design for the hottest part of the whole unit. This required a 10 mile trek back to the store to pull the dipstick out of the floor model and a bottle of pump oil. Fortunately the store manager stepped up and offered the oil at no charge. I read the other complaints about the pressure trigger on the gun. This is an obvious safety device since it's so much more powerful than other units. Fortunately it's easy to operate in either hand, just hold on tight! It blew off paint spatter that was stuck on concrete for the last 15 years without really trying.

quick disconnects jamNeither quick disconnect works after the first time I used the unit. Both are jammed. Could be from twisting the hose around quite a bit. Other than that problem everything is fine.

Wand is annoyingI recieved my pressure washer about a month ago. It is quite powerful and very strong. The Honda engine is everything that you think it will be. The pump is also professional quality. The wand that comes with the machine is not the best. It will get the job done, but it is very annoying to handle. There is a safety button that must be pushed everytime to squeeze the trigger. The hose seems durable and I do not have a complaint about it. Overall it the more powerful than a dewalt I used to have with the same psi and gpm, but a new wand is a must.

Needs a hose reelI purchased this power washer and it has been my 3rd washer. Definitely the best quality one that I have owned. I got tired of messing with the carburetor and pump on my old one. Fired up right out of the box, after filling with included oil. I have used it for 4 hours over 2 days and starts right up, hot or cold. Plenty of pressure to do what ever you need, I actually have to turn the pressure down for a lot of the jobs. I do suggest purchasing the Sears Turbo nozzle, the others work fine but there is nothing better for general cleaning than the turbo. Have plenty of gas on hand.
