    worked the first time! March 01, 2011

    i had purchased the 1500 and it didn't work at all. i was very frustrated and upset as i had made plans to do the work on a specific day and was thwarted from meeting my deadline.

    BUT -- Sears came through -- provided an upgrade to me immediately to make sure i was happy and this machine worked immediately -- no problems at all!

    I am very happy with this!

    Bought two; one didn't work and the other broke in 5 minutes October 21, 2010

    I needed an electric pressure washer and there were only two that I could pick up at the local store.  I bought this Black and Decker.  After 5 minutes, it quit working.  I returned it and got a new one.  The second wouldn't even turn on, so I returned it too.  Fortunately the sales people gladly refunded my money without any hassles.  I ended up getting a Stanley 2300 psi model instead.

    For the size and pressure rating, this little guy works wonders. The only thing that I don't care for is the fact that there isn't an "neat" way to coil up the hose for storage other than wrapping it around the handle. Small problem considering all of the positives!

    I got this pressure washer for my concrete and car washing. It has great performance for an electric pressure washer. If you dont want an expensive gas washer this is your pick
