    The Sears Craftsman 20" Hedge Trimmer performs beautifully! August 09, 2010

    For the price, this lives up to the Sears Craftsman reputation for quality ... easy to use, not too heavy, and delivers a quick and professional cut to hedges and bushes. Very easy, out of the box set up, and minimal assembly ... so very easy, I didn't even need the instructions.

    If you're in the market for a hedge trimmer at a great value, you'd be hard pressed to find another that delivers as well as this one!

    No replacement parts July 24, 2008

    My only beef with the CRAFTSMAN trimmers is the fact alot of the motor parts (that eventually will need repacing) are discontinued and they do not list a recommended replacement part. Nor will they offer to solve the issue ..do not invest alot into a craftsman product because you will have to replace the item since they discontinue many replacement parts for you to just do a repair..

    This hedge trimmer works great. I was surprised how long the battery lasts. Using this trimmer is very convenient . No electrical cord to worry about.

    I have had the 20? craftsman dual action hedge trimmer for 3 seasons now and this trimmer works as good today as when I first bought it. I took advantage of the great weather today to get my yard in shape, and started with the hedges I have not sharpened the blades on this thing yet and thought about it today but laziness got the better of me. It seems that this was not a bad thing this time, for the trimmer still made clean fast cuts and showed no signs of damaging the bush. I know this is not the best time of the season to trim but it did not happen at the end of last, with the clean cuts it made I am confident that the bushes will be fine.

    my yard is 3 lots and i have hedges on three sides, plus over 10 bushes or shrubs, i have used black and decker and other trimmers but by far the craftsman model 20 inch is superior in durabillity and works best for me , i also have used the 22 inch on occasion but prefer the 20 inch because it is lighter and it cuts better to me
