    patio furniture May 18, 2007

    The set really looked nice in the store and I looked forward to receiving it. The chairs were a little difficult to assemble because the tools included weren't great and were not sized optimally for easy use. The table was easy to assemble but the stone top had flaws. Two of the three pieces were similar in color but the third was light and the sticker on it covered a large round dark spot underneath. The poorly colored piece also had many nicks under the surface. I expect to get them replaced. The customer service number included to report defects has horrible wait times and I think I will go back to the store for action. Otherwise, it is a beautiful set, very comfortable, and we really love it.

    Poor choice June 22, 2007

    The milano 7pc dining set was a mistake. I can't get any customer service. One tile with the set was broke in two pieces. The table had a hole where the treaded insert should be for screws to attach a table leg to the table. Sears offered no help in replacing the tile or table. When you call the number given by the manufacturer, it rings and a automated voice comes on the line saying due to the high volume of calls we are experiencing and abnormal wait time and no one ever picks up the line. I bought several other pieces of furniture to match this set and will probably return the entire purchase.

    We had been looking for a patio set for a long time and finally settled on this one. We have been satisfied so far. Not too difficult to put together. The table is the perfect size for our family and the chairs are comfortable. We have gotten many compliments on it since we purchased it.

    I just recently place this set on lay a way and have seen similar sets and none were as nice or affordable as this. The style and comfort of the seats are amazing and the table is great. The associate that helped me with this was really a great help! Can't wait to get it home and share it with friends and family.

    I liked this product as they stand out perfectly to an outdoor setting. Simple and easy setting up. can move them around to any location outside in yourd.
