Grand Resort  Grill Gazebo With Lights

Couldn't wait to start putting together the Grillzebo..First I had difficulty as the footings were damaged, but Sears replaced them immediately.. Then when I came to the roof, they didn't have anymore washers.  Then we plugged in the lights to find out only two were working.  I plan on contacting the company tomorrow.  Directions also were a little misleading too.  Nice look will serve it's purpose, but when you spend alot of money you do expect to at least have it work on the first day. The customer service at Sears as well as the company that made the product were extremely supportative.  Both were awesome and took care of my issues with no problem(s).  Thanks Sears, for having a great product.

I will never order from sears.com again! I received this gazebo with foot prints on the box. when opened there were huge dents that required pounding out in order to assemble. we were missing parts and sent wrong replacement parts. I received this one month ago and it's sitting in my yard half assembled as we wait for more parts. I had to call customer service multiple times and spent hours on the phone ordering parts and complaining about the quality of the gazebo. In the end, I was insulted by the tiny refund offered. I would never recommend this to anyone.

modern and sturdy. Not too large but allows me to grill in the rain and provides some shade when having a cocktail. Nice product. About three hours to put together however. Also, the LED lights give it a nice touch. Adding additional lighting should be easy to clamp on.

Not pleased with this unit at all. Poorly made, not the quality I expect from Sears. Received one pole broken. Screw holes do not match up, Spent more time making adjustment to unit than actually putting it together. Electrical sockets were not properly installed, I had to epoxy them in place in order to tighten the nuts. I would not recommend this unit. Definitely not wortth $800.

I had the first one 3/4 of the way assembled when I discovered a key piece was welded backwards, making it impossible to attach the roof. Having difficulty understanding the manufacturer's heavy Chinese accent, I was instructed by Sears to disassemble the gazebo, drive it back to the store and get a replacement. The second one was welded correctly, but i still had to repair the lighting connections before the wires could be attached. It looks beautiful, and serves it's purpose, but it seems to be a bit pricy for the quality of the craftanship.

I just received the Grillzebo it is well built. But the lights were broke inside the tubes on the frames legs. There is no way to fix it, you would have to drill out all the rivets to get to it.. plus most of the plugs for the wireing are striped out.. The gazebo is nice but the lights and plugs for the wireing are bad.

I recently purchased the grillzebo and love it. I have limited space on my patio and the grillzebo is a great complement to the patio area. The shelves on each side of the unit swing inside or outside which is very useful and can serve as counter space while cooking or as serving space while entertaining. There is plenty of room for my gas grill or my two charcoal grills. The grillzebo can also be used to entertain which is an added plus.

This is the second Grillzebo that I have owned. They are wonderful shelters for decks or patios to cover your grill. It suggest that you take them down in the winter, but they can be used year round without any problem. There are mounting bracket that you can anchor it to the deck incase of strong winds. The assembling is fairly easy, I put it together by myself in about 4 hours. If you had two people, you could easily put it up in about 2 hours. The price Sears sells them for is much cheaper than what Grillzebo's go for on other online sites. If you are looking for for a sturdy all weather all metal shelter, this is the one for you!

This is a great concept. I am in the store and the design feels solid. The lights are NOT bright enough to cook by, but would provide a minor glow only. The side shelves can go inside or outside with the flip of a toggle hinge. Great feature. It shows 2 bar stools with it, but they are NOT included. I am waiting to pick it up in Merchandise P/U right now. It sold me.
