Its the right size for moderate snow removal w Craftsman quality November 09, 2010
I went looking for quality, value and dependability in a new snow thrower and I think I got it when I purchased the Craftsman 123cc 21" one stage snowblower. It is big enough to feel like it can tackle any snow, but mobile enough to move it easily around the driveway.
I shopped on line and picked up in the Sears store, which was easy and quick. I highly recommend that process when you decide to shop and buy.

21" Craftsman Snow thrower December 08, 2010
This product is HORRIBLE! Do not purchase it or anything similar. It clogs every two feet, no matter how light the snowfall. It will work for a few minutes and shoot it out the top as it should, then it will clog and the snow just falls out of the front bottom of the snowblower. Have had a terrible experience with Sears customer service. Came out four different times already, replaced the carburetor, etc., and it still doesn't work. Have them coming out again. It is so sad to spend a good amount of money on a product and not be able to use it as it was intended and Sears not standing behind their product. Extremely disappointed!

Pros:
high quality,Starts easy.This snowblower works great with all thickness of snow. It has started on the first pull every time and the auger blades pull the machine forward at the same time it is throwing the snow out ouf the way. Does not burn mcuh gas either. I love this machine!

Pros:
high qualityI bought this snowblower when I became an empty nester and needed an easy to use snowblower. This one seemed easy to start and easy to use. It's lightweight enough to move around easily and moves a lot of snow. Even with the heavier snows, this snowblower will clear the driveway. It might take a few passes, but it handles the deep stuff.

Perfect for small jobs! December 28, 2011

I bought this unit 2 years ago. My previous snowblower was a slightly smaller Toro unit that did not have electric start (I hurt my back trying to get it started one time) and required gas and oil mixture (which stinks when you don't know how often you'll use it and then get left with a container of mixed oil and gas that has to sit around all summer).
I like the electric start and the fact that I do not have to mix oil and gas together. The unit is fairly easy to use and does a good job on our driveway (about 100 feet long x 18 feet wide). I've used it to cut through snow drifts that are over a foot - it takes time and beats shoveling! The choke does require a little getting use to, but I'm usually blowing snow within 2-3 minutes of starting the unit.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
