VERY hard to manuverI should have done a little homework before buying this monster. Yes it is impressive to look at, but it dosn't work any better than my 20 year old snapper did. It's power steering doe's not work very well, you have to fight with it to steer it. It also is very hard to go up even the smallest inclines. Down hill and flat surfaces it works well. The chute clogs easily. I kind of wish I wasn't stuck with it...

I have huge issues with this snowblower because it will not climb my sloping driveway. It does a great job on the level and going down hill, but it will not climb back up. I have to go backwards dragging this monster behind me. I asked Sears about tire chains for it and they responded that it would void the warranty and offered no other solutions. I have had the machine for two winters now, both winters it has been down for six weeks while we wait for warranty parts to arrive from Sears. The extended warranty I bought is a great thing, it just doesn't work to have my maching down for a month and a half in the dead of winter, I have had to actually pay someone to come plow for me when I purchased this snowblower for that reason. This would have been a much better machine if they would have designed it with tracks and a metal, instead of a plastic directional chute. If you have a level driveway or parking lot this is probably the item for you, it is a monster on the level.
