Poor shock absorption
I prefer New Balance cross-trainers for support and shock absorption. However this is a slightly cheaper version: it does not have the "Absorb" sole that better NB cross-trainers have. After using these for a day (I valet cars 5 days a week) my back was killing me. Exchanged for another model with the "Absorb" sole and my back has recovered.

New Balance is one of the best shoes out there.
Have been wearing New Balance cross trainers for about ten years. The comfort of these shoes, the available sizes (including wide widths) are a huge plus. For those past the 40 year old mark these are excellent, since feet widen as we get older.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

First time buying sneakers online. Sears had the right brand. The right size and the right price. Very comfortable shoe. A pleasure to walk in. I love the fact I did not need a 'break-in' period. I was able to wear these immediately to work the next day. No soreness or rubbing. I definitely will buy these again! I chose store pickup and was united with my purchase in less than two minutes. Perfect transaction!
