Franchesca t12 plush euro top king mattress
Not only did I buy at the right time purchased the whole set for1305 ( 4th July sale ) when I laid down on it I didn't want to get up !! So comfy !!and I've had 4 back surgeries. My parents now want one but in a queen size but the price is a bit high now considering what I paid for a king size and what they want for the queen now is more than I paid. But it's worth it no matter the price.

Defective
This mattress was vey soft but the right corner was lower than the rest of the bed and it felt like you were falling backwards.

We purchased this mattress and the required foundation in September of 2012.While it is a comfortable mattress it has already started to sag on the left side at a depth of 2 inches.After contacting Sears about the problem we were given a phone number that we contacted.We were e-mailed a two page set of instructions necessary for a possible return claim.After completely dismantling the bed and taking pictures of the matress,foundation,and bed frame plus all fixed tags and showing different angles of the sag with measurements of the sag documented in photos, we heard that we do qualify for the 10/10 yr.guarantee.We will be credited our amount back and can pick out another mattress as long as it's a Sealy.We do have to pay another delivery fee,which I think sucks but you do what you gotta do.

This item is great . Although it says that it is firm , in reality its more plush and medium firmness.. perfect for us.. We were looking for Serta but this is definitely as good as Serta

I was a bit dismayed when it was delivered and it was so high off the ground!!! However, it is so comfortable and relaxing that I don't mind having a small step stool to get in bed at night.
