Soft but definitely firm March 11, 2010

I haven owned this mattress for a little over a month. Mattress is soft feeling and comfortable, but definitely firm with minimal give. There are prominant design stitchings/indentations that don't affect your sleep, but one of the indentations on the edge of the mattress seems to have gotten a little bit bigger than the rest...which is odd considering it is at the edge of the mattress where I don't sleep.

makes me want to stay in bed very comfyI had an old mattress that was all springy and always made my back hurt in the morning. I finally got fed up with it and told my wife i didnt care if we had to pay alot of money for a good mattress, then thats what we were going to have to do. So we went to the bedding experts looked around and they had nice mattresses but i never settle for the first thing or place i see when it comes to shopping. So i went down the street to Sears and looked at there mattresses. The salesman suggested this mattress to me and automatically i thought man this must be a cheap mattress if it only cost this much for a queen size but after i laid on it i loved it. So i purchased it and at that price no one could beat that. I received this mattress 2 weeks ago and let me tell you it is so AWSOME. Its very firm but has a nice memory topper so you dont sink in but at the same time it doesnt feel like your sleeping on the floor its just perfect. Also just an F.Y.I. this mattress sits very high i love that but i purchased a queen size bed in a bag and the sheets didnt fit because the mattress itself is 12.25 inches thick so i had to go and buy king size set of sheets for it, but overall i recommend this mattress to anyone who doesnt want to spend alot of money on a mattress but wants the quality of the expensive ones. I wake up wanting to stay in bed because its so comfortable not cause im tired. So far i have had no back pain at all and i feel refreshed in the morning. I can go on and on about this mattress but bottom line is Buy it dont think twice about it ,you won't regret your decision.

I recently purchased this mattress after sleeping on another "new" mattress for one and a half years. The old mattress was supposedly produced by Sealy under another name. Don't ever believe that!!!! Within weeks it sunk in and over time the sink hole got larger. The edges that were made with extra support so they didn't dip- had completely shifted distorting the frame. All in all a terrible experince- HOWEVER THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!! This mattress is heaven, it sits high, it is very firm but has a pillow top, perfect for my back. I have degenerative disc disease and firbomyalgia. This mattress is the first one not to cause extra pain!!! I tried the therma mattresses, too, they only aggravated my pain. The only other mattress to work on my body is an air or sleep number. As with my air mattress- someone poked a whole in it and that was the end of that. The sleep number- who can afford those!!! This was a steal at the price I purchased, with the comfort I've gotten I'd consider paying full price (I never pay full price). It is well worth the money!
