We love our new iComfort matress from Sears! It was delivered on time and they emailed to let us know schedule and guys carried it up our long driveway, up long stairs and set it up quickly! We feel like we are sleeping on a cloud but with good support. No sore backs in the morning. The low profile support box springs looks nice and modern with a classy fabric cover that should stand up to use. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and got a "free" mattress pad with points from signing up for Sears rewards. :)

At first i was a little worried about the price of the mattress and if it was going to work for me but then after a month i have loved it. Its quiet cool compared to previouse bed which was a simmons. highly recommend this bed. AAAA+++++++++++

wow what a nice and comfortable mattress. Got a great deal on it. Make sure to get the adjustable base and mattress protecter to keep it clean. I would definitely recommend this mattress to a friend. You will just need to stop by and feel it your self.

We have never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress. After waking up many times during the night, we woke up in pain--my husband with a backache and me with sore hips. Neither of us could sleep a full eight hours on the bed. We called about returning it and were told that it was so supportive that it would take awhile for our bodies to get used to it and we needed to give it thirty days. We never got used to it; but the bed did get worse. My husband's side of the bed mashed down so it was like a ramp tilted down towards the edge of the bed. My side had a kind of trough in it, so when I tried to move around it pushed me back into the trough. We couldn't easily sit up in bed; it kept making us fall backwards. The lack of springs made it feel like we were sleeping on a pile of sand.

The return process is complicated and frustrating. It's taken several calls and two return visits to our local Sears. The replacement mattress order has been wrong twice. Twice we've had two mattresses and one foundation, instead of one mattress and two foundations, delivered. I'm waiting for a call from my local Sears right now to find out what it's going to take to fix this. I've been waiting for about an hour for that call.

The bed was expensive and terribly uncomfortable. Sears customer service is just as bad. I've left this review before and the site deleted it. So, I can't recommend this bed and I can't recommend any big purchases from Sears either.

The iComfort King Plush we bought is more than we expected. We had tried the bed in the store but that does not compare to actually sleeping in it. After only one night we experienced all the good features. The bed conformed to our bodies allowing us to sleep all night, waking us with no stiffness or pain. If one of us has to get up in the middle of the night it can be done without disturbing the other at all.

We had a Sterns and Foster king size bed. We were able to just buy the iComfort mattress as it fit perfectly the existing frame, box springs and Head board. Dumping the S&F coil spring mattress was an easy process and all the problems with that are gone.

We got the new mattress on sale from over $5,000 to right at $2,000. The fit for our existing frame and box springs made another financial difference. Other mattresses, such as the Tempurpedic, required a new platform. With other add-ons the cost was quoted as "around $9,000"! It is a cooler mattress and that works great.

The bottom line in the Pros should not read "despite the cost", but rather because of the cost!

Delivery was quick and efficient. In less that 15 minutes the Mattress was unloaded, installed and the old one removed by polite and capable deliverymen.

First off, my wife and I were a little concerned about the "smell" that comes from these matresses when they are new.  Ours did smell, but the worst of the odor went away after a couple nights.  The best way I can describe it is the smell of wet paint at first, then falls into a more subtle smell of paint, new toy, and wet feet.  The smell either goes away very soon, or you just get used to it...can't tell, because it either went away, or I just got used to it. 

Second, the comfort.  I LOVE IT!  have since the first night, it's just like laying down on something very comfortable.  My wife, not such a fan the first night.  She couldn't sleep, tossed a bit (I had no idea ;)  ).  The difference in the comfort experience I think is the 'break-in' method.  The second we got the bed in place, I was walking around on it in my socks, per the other reviews I read that this would help.  Only on my side though...Yes, I said it...only my side.  I'm all about chivalry, but, come on! Walking on this is like running a marathon through pudding, it's a king, and I'm getting tired...she can help out...but she didn't...hence the difference in the sleep experience the first night.  In all fairness, I did offer her a way to break it in using repetitious bouncing activities...that was a 'no'. 

As far as the sleeping cooler than the tempurpedic...I don't know.  Never slept on one of those, and it's November in Oregon...So, yeah...cool as hell so far! 

Only one night and I slept really, really good. Always liked memory foam, but thought it was hot. This bed isn't. Cost? High, but I think worth it. Last inner spring mattress only lasted 2 years before sagging and we spent $1200. I always woke up with lower back, hip, and neck pain with our old bed. One night on this one and it wasn't there. Go lay on one for an hour and you'll see for yourself.

I was skeptical about purchasing a memory foam mattress, but the associate helped me understand that there is a difference between the iComfort and a regular memory foam mattresses. I also was given the guarantee that there is a 120 day comfort guarantee which made me feel reassured. After getting the mattress home and sleeping on it for a couple of days, I have noticed the differences. I noticed that I had more energy throughout the day and I also noticed that I did not have a pain in my back that I had for a while. If you are going to purchase a mattress be sure to try the iComfort out.
