Works fine and it saves a lot of space
Replaced my 40 gal tank heater in my townhouse in FLA with this unit. It gave me a lot more space to utilize and the heater works fine. Only issue I had was that a new electric line had to be run from the breaker panel due to the load it draws. Electric work cost as much as the heating unit :/
I would recommend this product to a friend.

After looking for a new hot water heater, we were told about this unit. We purchased it from Sears. Hooked it up within 20 mins, tried it for 2 days. The water took FOREVER to get hot, wasted more water waiting for it to get hot, then we did with our Tanked unit. Didnt deal with it, returned it!

The Eco 11 tankless w/h works very well, but the stainless steel heater coil container LEAKED just after 4 months of use! I received a replacement but I wonder what the future holds. I hope the mfg. will improve the quality, because I cannot keep replacing this tankless W/H every 4 months!!!
