Really good pillow! January 10, 2009
I'm very particular with pillows, but I needed a new one and bought this on-line without even trying it because it was on sale and I liked the idea of an eco-friendly pillow. Happily, I'm very pleased with it - not too light or too heavy light. Now my wife wants one, too.

The pillows are good. However I can not recommend anything at this time from the KMart part of Sears. I never received two of my items. I have sent 6 e-mails to the K-Mart customer service (the e-mail address is on their website) I have not received a answer. This is no way to run a business. i am putting in complaints all over the internet about this. I will not purchase anything from them until this issue is resolved, and urge you to do the same.
