side ripped along the stitches when firstly put on...
The pad on top looks really good. But the side of it is not made of fabric, but some paper like material like you could see on top of a bed skirt - bad quality. Got our new mattress from Sears today and was putting it on. the side at one corner ripped along the stitches. Called the customer service and taking it back to the Sears store...

Paper sides that tear when stretched!
What more can I say. The majority of reviews on this mattress pad were good, so I purchased it. I should have read the first review & believed it! The sides of this are paper-like & ripped to pieces the first time I put this on the bed. I couldn't return it since I was out of town & didn't get back in time to meet the refund policy requirements. Do NOT buy this! By the way, the top is actually comfortable, but if you ever plan on washing it, the sides will shred.

Dream solutions dream loft mattress pad
This is an excellent mattress pad. The sides are stretchy material to help with fit and prevents the pad from coming off your mattress. I have a very deep mattress with a pillow top and this fits with no problem.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
