Fitness exercise hack machine for workout dimensions: 84'' L x 30'' W x 58'' H. Constructed of 2'' and 4'' square heavy wall steel tubing. Features a durable textured black powder coated tough finish. Pads are constructed of 1 1/4'' high density foam covered with 40 oz. marine grade vinyl. This 3-way ram sled develops all muscle groups from lower back all the way down including hips, thighs and calves. Features 4 start-stop locations to accommodate various height users and ensure user safety. Features adjustable backrest or footrest to ensure proper angle for different exercises. Equipped with safety catches that can be engaged by user from any position. Features 4 separate weight storage horns. Available in your choice of black or gray pads.
