GoVacuum's Return Policy for The 48 Continental United States (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska): GoVacuum is proud to be the leading discount vacuum cleaner website that offers free shipping to our customers. We also offer a 60 day in home trial for most all new products we sell. *(see below for exclusions) In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will even pay the return shipping fee back to us and there's no restocking fee! *(see below for exclusions)

All orders within the Continental United States are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, at which time you will receive a tracking number to track your order all the way until it reaches your door! All orders will include a pre-paid return shipping label, in case your not fully satisfied with your order from us, you may ship it back free of charge with this label. Just affix the prepaid label over the original shipping label, include a copy of the original invoice and return it, no questions asked! You have 60 days from the date of PURCHASE on most items to return it to us for a full refund. Exclusions to this rule. The following products are excluded from our normal return policy: * Bidets, water filtering products and all commercial machines (vacuums, burnishers, carpet extractors, etc.) are not returnable (in the event they are defective we will work with you on having it replaced, repaired or exchanged as per the manufactures warranty). * Heaters have a 14 day return and exchange policy
* Used bags, filters & roller brushes can't be returned for sanitary reason
* A restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to machines that are heavily used, shows signs of accidental, misuse or abuse by the consumer. All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box to avoid a restocking fee. Our Refund Policy: If a refund is requested, we will issue the refund through Sears Seller Portal, which in return issues a refund through your original method of payment. It may take up to 10 days after your return is received back for your refund to be processed and applied, thank you for your patience. No Refund will be issued until the product has been returned Damaged Package If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, so that we may make a claim with the shipper for the damaged package. We do request that you notify us of the damage within 5 days of delivery to ensure that we may be reimbursed for the damage caused by the shipper. If we are not contacted within 5 days and notified of damaged to the shipment, the order will be handled as our policy stated above. Commercial Equipment can not be returned to us without prior authorization.
