Return Policy

Walt's TV has a 30 day return policy on items purchased through Sears market place. If you require a return you must sears@walts.com to require a return authorization. The item must be 100 percent complete with all packaging (no missing upc) and accessories included. We will refund the purchase price less actual freight/shipping charges incurred by Walt's TV for both delivery of the original order (free shipping still has a cost to us) and the the return cost. Defective items will be covered under the terms of the manufacture warranty.
