    These Falcons are Amazing!!!! October 17, 2009

    My job calls for me to do an lot of walking, going up and down stairs,and being on wet floors.My last shoes gave out on me after only 4 months.I was out window shopping for an new pair of shoes ,when I came across these cute stylish Black Falcon,slip resistance shoes at sears that were on sale for an very mere price.I made my purchase,and you know what- they are so comfortable,and they actually own up to their word.I was  so impressed that I went back,and purchased some pairs for my daughters for school.When I returned back to work ,I told everyone about these shoes,and several of my coworkers went and purchased them some,and told me how nice they were.Thank you Sears,I truly appreciate the fact that you still carry what we customers need,Gloria

    Shoes for Crews quality has really gone down! October 10, 2009

    I have bought these Shoes for Crews for many years, working in a Hospital were wet floors can cause slips at any time. The soles are the best slip proof soles made, and the shoes used to be light weight and well made...held up pretty well, the soles wore out before the shoes did!

    But now they aparently changed manufacturing plants in China to a different company that makes them for much less, so Shoes for Crews makes more profit. Now the shoes really, really suck! The insoles are glued in crooked, leaving humps and bumps that hurt your feet and cause blisters. The front of the soles start to come unglued. The shoe laces are cheap and fray/break very quickly. If you work in a kitchen you'll find that the moisture causes the shoe "leather" to start falling apart. I now buy either Red Wings (Made in USA) or cheap *************.

    I love shoes for crews. The slip resistant soles are the best for working in a fast food restaurant. They are very comfortable especially for standing on concrete all day. This brand of shoe last a while before a new pair is needed. I love the quality of the product compared to the price.
