Good TV once you get the screen setting right.
Took a few hours playing around in the settings to get the screen setting the way I like but picture is great. I use this in a living room with a big window. Lot's of sunlight but it never washes out the picture. Black levels are decent. You can tell it's edge lit on all black scenes (the edges are brighter than the rest of the screen) but once a picture is displayed it's great. Sound was decent, though I use a Harmon Kardon receiver and a 5.1 setup so I haven't had to rely on the TV's speakers. Some sites advertise picture-in-picture, but it's misleading. That's only with the PC input. 2 HDMI's may not be enough for some, but I have 3 on the HK receiver, so no big deal. Good build quality, thinner bezel than some, way better remote than my Vizio. As a bonus, I saw this cheaper on *******'s website 3 days after I puchased it and Sears credited me the difference (but it was pure **** getting it through the Philipines call center Sears used for support). Good TV for the price.

Bought on line so picked up at the Peabody store without any hassels. The Sears guy carried it to the curb and helped load it into the car. Very light. No problem carrying it. Set it up, had to get a HD cable box, extra each month added to cable bill, runs FANTASTIC! Love it! Great color, just the right size and has a great picture.
