    Pros:
    Sound,Sound is fantastic!
    Cons:
    Lack of high-end features,Needs RCA Aux ins and outs.

    I have always loved Sony products and this stereo system continues to keep me loyal to the Sony brand. The sound is excellent. I not only use it for entertainment, but also as studio monitors when recording my own music to play back for final mixdown and also for monitoring audio when editing video, so this system gets used both personally and professionally and has not let me down in either aspect. The features are great. Easy to use/understand controls. The only thing I would change would be to include RCA input and output jacks for aux audio ins and outs. The model before this had RCA inputs but this model replaced that one and added the iPod dock. It does have a stereo mini-plug input that can be adapted to RCA cables (which I am doing to input audio from video when editing and from my computers recording studio output) But I prefer the RCA Jacks and would also like an aux out. But buy the adapter cable and it works out.

    The positives regard the sound quality and Sony's reputation.

    The only negative has to do with the lack of detail in the features.

    It has the basic's, though, and great sound.
