Great product!
Great product for the money. I ordered this for my Grandma and it helps her to walk regularly on it indoors, especially when the weather is bad, to help regulate her diabetes. She's already lost weight and feels better after using it on a daily basis. When it's not in use, it's easy to fold it up and maneuver it on wheels. For this manual treadmill, the power to move the belt is YOU which helps burn more calories than you would on an electric treadmill.Give it a try....I highly recommend this product to anyone!

Harder But Quicker
First, you finish exercise faster because YOU are the motor. I get my target heart rate in about 1 minute. Second, there isn't much to break on this so you don't have to worry about repairs and that expense. I really like it for these reasons. Oh, I found that gravity is on your side if you fully incline this unlike electric treadmills.

Overall
Not bad for a manual treadmill
When I was looking to buy a treadmill, I found out quickly that the electric ones were way to expensive for my budget and I was going to have to settle for a manual. I have to say I am not all that dissapointed. It is easy to move and easy to store. It does not slide on the floor or leave skid marks on my wood flooring. There are no difficult controls to manage. All you have to do is walk! If simplicity is what you are looking for then this is a great choice for the price. I have had no issues with this treadmill in the three months that I have had it.
