Multiple Items

Sears.com ships items as they’re available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.

For example: If you order a gift card, a power drill and a refrigerator, all will be shipped or delivered separately. The gift card will arrive in your regular U.S. mail delivery, the drill will be sent by UPS or by GO Delivery, (if available in your area and selected), and the refrigerator will be delivered by Sears Home Delivery at the time you arranged with a Sears delivery representative.

Order Consolidation is currently only available in parts of Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Washington D.C.

Here's how that works:

You place an order that contains items from multiple merchants in your local area. These items are indicated with a symbol. We'll send out a team to pick up your items from each location and bring them to a Sears or Kmart store near you where you can pick up your entire order at once. A small fee may apply.
