Shipping & DeliveryOrder Arrival
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days. Expedited shipping time is generally two business days, based upon the time of day you place your order. Premium shipping time is generally one business day, based upon the time of day you place your order. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. The anticipated arrival date is reflected on the shipping options page or by using the shipping calculator on the product page.
You’ll be notified of your delivery date and a 4-hour delivery window. If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, we’ll arrange another date. Typically, Special Handling items will be delivered in 7-12 business days. Freight carriers may not enter your house or provide any setup services.
Home Delivery will be made on the date selected from the calendar at check out. If you don’t receive a delivery date at check out, you’ll receive a call or email with the delivery date. Sears Delivery Customers will receive two (2)* notification phone calls.
GO Delivery, when available, will be made at the time indicated at check out. You’ll receive an email message when your order has left for delivery. You must be present to receive GO Delivery .
Local Delivery is currently only available in parts of Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Washington D.C.

Then, we'll send out a team to pick up your items from each location and then deliver them right to your doorstep. A small fee may apply.
