Here’s how it works:

  • At Checkout, select to have the items shipped.
  • On the next screen, select Ship to Store as your shipping destination.
  • Locate your preferred store by entering your zip code and clicking Search.
  • Select your store from the list provided.
  • Your order is shipped to the store from our online warehouse. When the order arrives at the store, we’ll send you a Ready for Pick Up email with pick up instructions.
  • Bring the email and the credit card you used for the purchase to the store you selected and go to the Merchandise Pick Up area of the store. (Jewelry and Watches purchases may be picked up in the Jewelry Department.)
  • At the kiosk in Merchandise Pick Up, simply swipe your credit card or enter your name or address. Within minutes, a Sears Associate will bring your item out to your car.
Ship to Store vs. Buy Online & Pick Up in Store

Store Pick Up orders are fulfilled from existing store inventory or items that would typically be carried in a Sears store. Store Pick Up items are typically available in the store, so there is no shipping charge.

Sears.com sells thousands of additional items that are not available in our Sears stores. Ship to Sears allows you to have items shipped to a Sears store and you can pick up at your convenience. The shipping charge will be discounted from the ship to home rate.

Items eligible for Ship to Store

Many items are currently eligible for Ship to Store as long as they can be sent via UPS. Oversize delivery items are not eligible at this time. We’re always adding new items, so check back periodically to see which items we offer for Ship to Store.

Fees for Ship to Store

Your Ship to Store fee is discounted to a lower rate than the standard shipping cost to your home. Find this fee on your checkout screen. ShipVantage members receive both free shipping to a Sears Store and to their home.

Ship to Store for ShipVantage customers

Ship to Store, including shipping to your home, is free for ShipVantage customers.

Ship to your home option

Once an order is placed for pick up, you’re not able to change it to home delivery. Your purchase must be picked up at the store you chose for Ship to Store.

Store hours for pick up

Hours for the store you’ve selected can be located on your Order Summary and Ready for Pick Up email. Store hours are also available by clicking the Find a Store link at the top of every sears.com page.

Picking up your purchase

When you receive your Ready for Pick Up email, you’ll get detailed pick up instructions. Bring this email and the credit card you used for the purchase. If you’re picking up jewelry or a watch, go to the Jewelry Department to pick up your purchase. For all other orders, head to Merchandise Pick Up, which is located at the side or rear entrance of your Sears store. At the Merchandise Pick Up kiosk, simply swipe your credit card or enter your name or address. Within minutes, a store associate will locate your purchase and, if needed, carry it out to your vehicle.

Canceling or returning your purchase

To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact our customer service for assistance at 1-800-349-4358 or the store you selected for pick up.You may process your return at a Sears store. See our returns policy for additional questions.

Expedite Ship to Store

You have the option to select expedited shipping at an additional charge, as you would for items shipped to your home or office. When choosing your Shipping Method at checkout, check the Expedited box for faster delivery.
