Poor quality, assembly itself causes damage
When I unboxed this item, the drawer already had damage from water soaking into and swelling the MDF, cracking the laminate coating. Puts together like an Ikea piece, just less-well designed and lower manufacturing quality. On this item and other UltiMATEs I had bought in this line, the hardware is a poor fit for the holes, often did not line up by up to 1/8", screws bottom out and cause bridging, leaving gaps up to 1/16" between the carcass pieces. Seating the drawer hardware fully also causes outward bulging on the opposite side, ruining the faces of drawers and doors (all of them, every one). Black is a poor choice for seeing what's inside, but can be painted. This item has no shelving, or pre-drilled mounting pegs for your own. Decent slides, if a little tight. Good casters and pulls, I'll prolly salvage them when this eventually gets wet and disintegrates. I got it on clearance for $60, value is actually $40 to $50. If you can work with its faults at that price, do so.

I suggest that a potential buyer go to a Sears store and examine the poor quality of these products before making an online purchase. Avoid my mistake. These cabinets are junk in every aspect. I'll re-think any Sears online purchase in the future. The drawer slides and hinges broke during installation! The assembly holes are drilled off location. Some exposed parts arrived damaged. Not a good experience.

Nice Cabinet - Easy Assembly
As the title suggestsl this is a very nice cabinet for the price, I purchased the combo. Easily assembled by one person; only drawback is the flimsy back, but it can be easily modified to provide the strength it should have from the factory.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
