Please note:
The size of the material to be cut does not exceed the size of the panel 10 x 10cm/3.9 x 3.9 inch and the thickness does not exceed 19/32inch.
Not suitable for cutting longer and thicker materials, such as hardwoods like walnut, oak, birch, etc.
Different materials need to be cut with different saw blades, please refer to the following instructions.
2.5" High speed steel (HSS) saw blade: Cutting short, narrow and small materials such as plastic, wood sticks and chips. Please don't cut longer things.
2.4" PCB saw blade: Cutting epoxy boards and double-sided copper clad laminates. Only can cut glass fiber PCB, can't cut non-glass fiber PCB .
2.5" Alloy saw blade: Cutting long materials such as acrylic board, bakelite board, wooden board, aluminum board, etc.
2.5" Resin grinding wheel cutting disc Cutting metal small parts such as iron and stainless steel (PLEASE put the side with the metal ring close to the shaft side.)
Instructions for replacing the saw blade:
Unscrew the screws at the four corners, turn it upside down.
Insert the small wrench into the shaft stop hole and loosen the screws with the large wrench.
Install the saw blade, tighten the pressure plate, pay attention to the direction of the teeth.
Cover the panel, tighten the screws.
