carcoal grill is perfect
in my own opinion i never liked a gas grill. when i used a gas grill the food never tasted as good. so the only thing that i could do is go back to a charcoal grill. i made the right decision going back. the food tastes so much better.
in my own opinion nothing is better then on a nice summer day taking you time and cooking food. my favorite food to cook on a charcoal grill is pork ribs. if you want to make your ribs taste perfect you have to cook them for many hours and never boil them first. in my own opinion boiling them first takes out flavor.

not like the old kettles
When I was younger(25years or so ago) the weber kettles were made from quality material - you could cook a 7 bone prime rib roast or anything else that would fit inside the lid without the worry of flaming, burning or coals going out because you had that true quality Weber seal that you'll never get from the new and cheaply made weber of today. Drop the lid and you loose that seal that made Weber the king of barbecues for so many years. Now, they're just another cheaply made barbecue. My sincere disappointment to Weber. Great grill I purchased my 1st, silver kettle about ten years ago, now I have 3 .These grills are versitle I use mine for bbq,s for grilling and smoking .Once u learn how to use them ..and get enough practice ur gonna love usining it, And.ur food is gonna taste great ! I would recomend a hinged great and utensile holder ..

WHAT A GRILL
My loving wife bought one of these for me for the 4th of July. We were going to have a 4th of July party with a few friends and neigbors. My old grill was an embaressment to myself, and I guess to my wife also. As I was tring to prepare for the upcomming party, cleaning the old grill, powerwashing the deck and so on, my wife told me she had a chore for me. I was over whelmed with al the preperations and was not looking forward to another chore. Thats when she told me she had a new Weber Silver Kettle charcoal grill in the trunk of the car and I should put the new grill together before the party. Man, I couldn't get that old grill off the deck and behind the storeage shed fast enough. The Weber silver kettle grill saved the day. It was so simple to make great tasting burgers for everyone. I got to enjoy the day and really got alot of great comments on my new Webber kettle grill. IT SAVED THE DAY, and made us look good doing it.

This is my 3rd Weber Kettle grill in 30 yrs. The first two have been given to family members and are still in use. In my opinion these are among the highest quality, dependable and best performing charcoal grills on the market. This is one of the Weber models still made in the USA and stands as a monument to the high quality standards of American made products. THE WEBER GRILL
My hubby was wanting this grill to replace his gas grill. After 2 uses, I am completely convinced that it is well worth the money and beats gas grills by far. The all natural charcoal briquets and the all natural wood chips made a great difference too. We love this grill and we recommend it to anyone....
