I bought this bench and the 210 lb. weight set here online, and picked them up in a local store. The boxes weren't outrageously huge, and fit easily into a small SUV (the bar is the biggest, no, *longest* part). I really took my time building this--carefully following the directions and making sure everything was just right--but I could have easily whipped this together in less than an hour.
Anyway, I've been using it almost every night since I put it together, and it works perfectly. The only exercise that I find a little awkward on this thing is when you lay on your stomach and do leg curls or whatever they're called. It only seems to be straining my knee tendons and not actually working out my hamstrings--the motion is too limited or close or something. Anyway, it's a small complaint, as I can do a million other exercises with this thing.
It's a great bench for a great price, and you'll get a lot of quality use out of it.
p.s. be careful opening the box--I accidentally sliced through the padding on the bench when opening the box. It's OK--I just duct taped it, though (you know what they say: "if you can't duck it, ...."

Firstly, I recommend seeing this product at the store to get a sense of how sturdy it is- very. I have been using this bench for over a year and it shows little to no wear and tear. This bench is a great value compared to similar products. The rack is excellent as well. I have put 250 pounds on it when squatting, and it works like a charm (I'm 6' 2" and I can squat with this rack by bending at the knees a litte) This is a must have product

Pros:
Easy to use,Strong,VersatileI have never seen that Weider Core 600 weight Bench before and it will weigh alot of pounds and hard for men to lift that much weight so I rather stick with the weights I just got as of right now and I been working out alot of times when I get home from work.
So if you want to lift those weights on the Weight Bench, all you need to do is to workout originally, anf then you will be ready for higher weights.
Don't let those weak muscles get you down just ain some muscles then you will lift hifh weights.
