The ScalePlus™ Scale Reduction Water Heater System is designed specifically for tankless water heaters and traditional water heaters. It is a point of use (POU) system for the prevention and reduction of lime scale accumulation and sediment on the inside of tankless water heaters and traditional water heaters. This wall mounted unit is designed to be installed prior to a water heater and will provide a flow rate of up to 14 gallons per minute (GPM). The standard inlet and outlet connections are 3/4” NPT and has a design pressure of 125 PSI (6.6 bar) with a maximum operating temperature of 113°F (45°C). The melt blown, polypropylene cartridge has graded depth filtration to provide exceptional dirt loading capacity with high flow rates and minimal pressure loss.
