Tuck Jump

This exercise burns calories while building power in your core and lower body. It's ideal for athletes who participate in sports that involve explosive movements, such as soccer, football or basketball.  

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, arms by sides.
  • Squat down slightly, pushing butt behind you, and then explosively jump straight up, bringing knees in toward chest.
  • Land gently with knees slightly bent, releasing your arms by your sides, to complete one rep.
