Remove the gray cap to connect a 7/8" dishwasher drain hose. ( Dishwasher drain hose can also be left connected to a waste disposal outlet) Leave the gray cap and use it to connect either a 1/4" or 3/8" R/O system drain hose. Space Requirements and Installation to a Floor Drain Pipe A minimum of 4" of vertical clearance is required from the bottom of the sink strainer to the center of the pipe entering the wall. If installing to a double bowl sink with different bowl depths, measure from the deeper bowl. A minimum of 2" from the waste disposal outlet to the center of the pipe entering the wall is also required. For a floor drain installation, a 90º elbow cemented to the floor drain pipe is required. A marvel adapter cemented to the 90º elbow is helpful but not required. Instructions included with product.
