  1. Saving Money I redeemed an award at Sears choice rewards on September 17. , received an e-mail that stated "..item was redeemed successfully". The one month later nothing delivered , no communication as to what is the delay. They I look at my account and now they have expired points that were valid when I made my redemption and my account now shows a negative balance. I then try to cal the 1-888-775-7325 number from the web site and it is a wrong number. What is going on here? Who can help me?
