  1. Home & Family How do I get Sears Blue Ribbon Services to respond to my complaint? I was provided a case number 1447013 and I received a phone call from Gaby **** a Blue Ribbon Service Case Manager. Gabby stated that she would send an email in response to my claim. Since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing else and have not received any emails.
