  1. Liked this: Saving Money I have used your online survey twice and was offered a "free" gift. The first time I chose AuraVie and received a package in the mail. The second time I did not opt to receive a free gift but received another box of AureVie which I did not use but still have. I received another box recently along with a bill for almost $100. I called the company who insists that I owe the money. I never ordered it nor agreed to receive. Sears got me into this mess with this company and I want to warn Sears that you should NOT do business nor offer their FREE products--because FREE is not FREE with them. I would appreciate you taking care of this for me.

Today, December 24 2013, I was scheduled for a repairman to come out and complete the repair on my treadmill by installing parts ordered by a sears repairman on December 10. This appointmentment was setup by sears maintenance department exactly 14 days ago to complete the repair previously started. My appointment window was between 8am and 12pm. I called three times and was told during my first call that the repair would be out as chedule. I made my second call exactly 2.5 hours after the scheduled time had passed and was told that someone from the scheduling department would be calling me right back. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called back again and spoke to the shift supervisor Xavier and was told again that the routing department would be calling. Again, no one ever called . Who can I speak with to get a repairman out to complete the repair started?

My credit card was charged and now I am receiving this package that I will have to return and wait to get a credit back on my credit card... I am so furious with sears and they told me that there is nothing they can do about this because it already had shipped out....... Item number 00874656000 nd order number 606416800. This is by far the worst practice for sears and let me tell you that your customer service is the worst.... They would not credit my credit card for the mistake they made and so unfar that I was charged for this and now have to return this to get my money back..... Sears really should have credited my account and taken there loss for something they did and not me..... Bad practice to be charged for something never ordered.

    Yeah, Sears won't do anything for you. They'll say they are sorry and that's it. My advice is to cancel the whole thing and shop somewhere else, save yourself more pain and hassle.

  13. Liked this: Home & Family I don't know what to do and need help! Our very expensive washer and dryer set were supposed to be delivered to our new house on Sunday. When they did not arrive, I called to find out that they had in fact been successfully installed and delivered, what was the problem? (ha!) I have called the past 4 days, multiple times a day, for at least 2 hours a day, to Sears customer service AND delivery, and have been told either my order doesn't exist, my order was already delivered, and often, that a sears delivery manager has been assigned and will call me back by end of day. They have never once called me about delivery. I really don't know what to do at this point! My children and I need a washer and spent a lot on the super kenmore deluxe! Please help! Who else can I call? Today I've been on hold for 15 minutes, I think they've just given up on me and want me to give up and I guess take the $2700 hit and buy elsewhere. Sigh.

    Read through these other posts. It probably got delivered to someone else. If it was me, I would cancel order and call credit card company and follow their directions to refund money. Go anywhere else…

OOPS, no dryer, email sent in error. Told to wait for another ‘your order is ready’. It never came. No dryer, but Sears charged credit card (the only charge on card) we got the bill, but no dryer. I called on 11/18/13, sure enough dryer + converter is at store. Again we go to pick it up, they couldn’t find the propane thing, my husband said he wasn’t leaving until he got everything to install dryer, meaning we had to have the propane kit. So this manager went and brought out a propane kit. We had to hire a service guy to install propane kit, wrong kit - it won’t work on our dryer. I called Sears, explained we were given the wrong part, she says she can ship it, we’ll get it in 3-5 days, cost $10.99 for part and $79.99 shipping! Outrageous!!!! Your mistake in the 1st place and you’ll charge me $80 in shipping. Husband got in car and actually found the right part at another SEars store. But he couldn't return the wrong propane kit because his receipt was for another kit. Duh! I’ve bought a lot of appliances from Sears in the past, but never again. I promise. After reading some of these other posts, I think I got off lucky, so far. Your robotic answers are stupid and insulting to customers. I don’t want your ‘happy to assist you’ or ‘we’ll get back to you’ ****. I want nothing from any of you, but maybe someone will see some of these posts and not waste their time and money with your Sorry company. You do not know the meaning of customer service.

    Really, I don't want any robotic, form e mails. You will never win back this customer. Too many times you've had the chance to do the right thing, you're incapable. Customer Service - what a joke.
