  1. Outdoors And STILL waiting for my mower deck ordered 5/30/13 and told 5 to 10 days for delivery at the time of order........now MAYBE shipping 7/11???? But NO hesitation to charge my credit card for the deck that I still do not have!

  2. Home & Family Compare this current item status history #sears from today to the one below from 6/22. I find it fraudulent that to cover their ***** they can just go in and change the order history from day one. Now we have a different customer service rep who thinks we were told from the time of ordering that we were told 30 days to delivery because she is probably seeing the NEW and REVISED item status history! We had one phone call from her and nothing since.....still waiting and STILL paying the interest from the charge for the undelivered item that was put on my credit card. Sent several certified mails to Hoffman Estates on Friday...let's see if ANYONE responds.   4. Home & Family Yes, so yesterday morning we had a call from a Media customer rep. He gave his name and said we now have a case number and he would check into it and get back to us. I called later in the day and left a message for him to call back...no call. I called today to ask for the status and put in the extension for my case handler. He answer and asked who my case handler was....okay??? It's YOU I responded. And after giving all my information (ship address, phone, etc. AGAIN)...He told me nothing more than what I can find when I check my order on-line AFTER he checked with his "partners." When I complained about the charge on my credit card without receiving the part, I was told I could buy elsewhere and they would gladly credit my card.... I work in customer service as well and I know this is a good way to destroy future and referral sales!! I called another customer service number and they told me that it was noted that I had a special "media" case but when I asked to speak to a supervisor they couldn't find one to take the call and I was put on a call list and would be called within 24 hours. Well welcome to the internet "hashtag sears!" I can't believe I'm desperately trying to stay a Sears customer but Sears is doing all they can to get me out of their way. Angie's list here I come....

  5. Outdoors Can anyone help me find out if we will EVER get our order: We ordered Garden Tractor mower Deck on May 30, 2013, for a garden tractor we originally purchased at sears. My credit card was charged on June 3 for the deck - hundreds of dollars!!! Was told deck would be delivered in 5 to 10 days at the time we ordered. Still no deck and NO ONE can tell me the status; I've called customer service many, many times. Per the history, it's backordered, then being shipped, then backordered. So now we are already paying the charge on our credit card and do not even have the item as yet and that's just bad business. The grass is NOT getting any shorter that's for sure....
