Home & Family I've tried 3 times in the past 10 days to get someone from sears customer service to call me back about a faulty garage door installation. No one is helpful, and they all say someone from scheduling will call you back in 24 hours. And of course, no one does. I can't believe a business can operate this way,. Any suggestions as to how to get through to ANYONE that can actually be responsive at Sears? I've bought a lot of merchandise at Sears over the years but this will be the final blow if it doesn't resolve quickly. Any help appreciated.

Home & Family Sears owes me one "00939118000P". I placed my order on Black friday #600556159 and have yet to receive one part. Upon opening my item I realized there had been a mistake. I used sears.com to find no way of reporting a problem. Finally I sent an email to customer service. Then did a chat session with CS India. Fun. They assured me I would here something in 2 days. %days later nothing. Then I call customer service which I can't understand. Do you "sears" think that outsourcing is the best way to provide customer service to the U.S. ??? The mess up is easy to identify if two items combined weight equals almost a hundred pounds and I receive one item that weighs 54lbs then one item is missing. Sears con't that as order received. What? The box says 1 of 1 items. it should be 1 of 2 items. Or two of two items. My totla order weight should have been close to 100lbs not 54lbs. Customer service keeps saying the are tracking it. You can' t track an item that you didn't ship. Come on people. Elementary math. Pull up the shipping invoice. What does the weight say? what should the weight be? Ta dahhhhh! Home & Family I have a Gold Diehard battery, still under warranty, that is dead. The store where I purchased it closed. So I called the next nearest store. Their Auto Center is now closed. I spoke with a Sears representative who spent a great deal of time finding the nearest place to return my dead battery. I discovered that I have to drive over 25 miles to make an exchange. I might add, this battery is 2 years old, with a 36 month full replacement warranty/64 mo. prorated. What good is a warranty if it means I must take time off work, drive over 50 miles round trip to make use of it? Does Sears have any provisions for situations like this? This is causing not only an inconvenience, but more stress than needed during an already stressful time! I would appreciate any help or advice.

Home & Family Hey, John and Stephanie in Customer Care--spoke to both of you this morning about my dishwasher that is less than a month old and does not work, and my stove which was not adjusted to avoid tipping over and the old stove which was not taken away although I paid for it. Both of you seemed concerned, but since our calls, I have not rot received ANY e-mails or phone calls from anyone giving me a time when the old stove will be taken away or when a substitute dishwasher will be installed. I have purchased Sears products for my whole life, but that will end in 2013 if this is not take care of.

Home & Family Sears is the worst. After purchasing a service contract our our dishwasher, they canceled the appointment and in the interim have canceled our policy which happened to expire after the initial call. The second tier rep said that he was surprised, too, and couldn't believe they would do that. I am beyond frustrated with the failing Sears. We have always bought our appliances through them but will never buy anything there and will tell everyone we know. Based on the forums here, it is obvious that this is not a unique problem. They cannot service the contracts or appliances they sell so do not buy from them.
