Health & Fitness Is it wrong of me to expect for Sears repair to show up for a scheduled appointment to complete work they had previously started? Today, December 24 2013, I was scheduled for a repairman to come out and complete the repair on my treadmill by installing parts ordered by a sears repairman on December 10. This appointmentment was setup by sears maintenance department exactly 14 days ago to complete the repair previously started. My appointment window was between 8am and 12pm. I called three times and was told during my first call that the repair would be out as chedule. I made my second call exactly 2.5 hours after the scheduled time had passed and was told that someone from the scheduling department would be calling me right back. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called back again and spoke to the shift supervisor Xavier and was told again that the routing department would be calling. Again, no one ever called . Who can I speak with to get a repairman out to complete the repair started?

Home & Family How do u get ANYONE from Sears so called "Customer Service" to respond/resolve an issue? I set up delivery, installation and haul away under the service protection agreement on September 6 for the 19th and continue to get the run around from Sears customer service. Home & Family Does anyone know what my recourse is when Segwick denies a claim? My hardwood floow was damaged after my refrigerator water line leaked not once but twice! The first time the tech repaired the leak and then 5 months later it sprank a leak again! This time the tech replace the line and he opened an axikit took pictures of the damage and even had us sign a release. He gave us the information to call Segwick who were very nice to start I followed all there advice did what they told me so I was very surprised to get a letter saying the claim was denied. They even went as far as saying I was not telling the truth about the incident as they said they talked to the service tech! After that Segwick has been very rude and told me they really did not care what I did next. I called corporate and they also said Segwick makes the decisions. So needless to say I have not had anything done and my hardwood floor looks terrible and I am left to deal with this alone. Anyone that can give me any help would be greatly appreciated.

Home & Family After paying over $600 for a service plan on our range, refrigerator and freezer, we need service and are told that they don't care if we do have a freezer full of meat, they cannot come out to repair our freezer for almost a week. I don't think we will be buying any more Sears products. We bought every appliance in the house from Sears because of the extended protection plan on them. Now that we know they don't or won't schedule emergency repairs when needed, we will begin buying from Lowe's or a local appliance store. I can understand a range or dishwasher, even a washer or dryer, but a refrigerator or freezer is different. If the rest of the controls go out, Sears is going to have to replace our freezer and all the meat (mostly t-bones and rib-eye steaks) which will cost more than the $600 that it cost for the warranty plan. Oh, yes, they definitely won't transfer us to a supervisor -- because the people who answer the phones are overseas (heavy accents we cannot understand) and work out of their homes so there are no supervisors. Sorry Sears, you just lost a long-time customer (over 40 years).

Home & Family I have a new Kenmore dishwasher that is not working. We had repair here twice, the second time yesterday, but our problem is still not resolved. The dishwasher does not empty. Dirty water remains in the bottom after the cycle. This dishes are not getting clean. And now we have to wait two more weeks for another repair person to come out!!! Guess we will be washing a lot of dishes by hand this Thanksgiving!! Can't you come out sooner Sears and save my Thanksgiving? I think it is time to bag this dishwasher and give me new one.
