1. Outdoors I bought an item online thru sears.com didnt know it was a 3rd party vendor order my order never got past processing called numerous times spent hours on the phone finally learned that sears couldnt locate who the the third party vendor was and it seemed very unlikely that they will be able to complete this order so i then decided to cancel the order since it was suppose to be delivered on Dec 21 and that day came and went well it has now been 4 days since i cancelled my order and and sears has been unable to complete my request to cancel i called numerous times and they keep saying they need more time to verify the cancellation and wont give me anytime frame as to when i will be credited back the charge they cant complete the cancellation until they verify with the 3rd party vendor ok so quick review sears took my order sent it ot processing it never got out of processing found out they didnt know who the vendor was and couldnt get the order to processing since they had no idea who was going to send the oder and now they cant cancel the order until they verify the order thru the 3rd party vendot that they have no idea who it is ok what are you guys missing besides any common sense

    How did you pay for this? If you used debit or credit call the number on the back of your card and ask what can be done. They can probably do a chargeback for you for the missing items.

  9. Home & Family My wife and I purchased a Maytag refrigerator new from Sears on 11/17/13. We have been very happy up to this point. Overnight, the fridge and freezer stopped working. My wife is disabled and we are vegan. We just did groceries and there were $400 worth of fruits, veggies, etc that spoiled. We have a tech coming tomorrow, as they would not come today. My issue is, I am now reading that the master protection plan covered food spoilage. I was not aware of this at the time when I purchased the fridge by the associate. Had I known that I would have paid the extra money to have it. Does Sears offer food spoilage coverage as Maytag will not cover it.   10. Home & Family Betterdeals4u2 is a great company and I know that Sears is making them look bad by not telling us the customers what's really going on. I have order from Betterdeals4u2 6 months ago Shirley gave me EXCELLENT customer service and my order arrived on time. I recently ordered again and I know this is a great company and Sears didn't give them my money I seen the emails where a Sears rep told them that they would not give them my money for 15 days. I figured that's why they have us wait so long Because of Sears and sears payment processing is very flawed. I seen a blog that is making Betterdeals4u2 look fraud and trust me their not. Sears hasn't released payment to them so you people need to use your head. And the more you complain about your order to Sears the longer Sears keeps your money and this means the Seller doesn't have your money so why should they even care what you're talking about? Sears needs to take responsibility for their actions. And Sears need to tell us why they take our money when we purchase the item but they don't pay the sellers for 15 days. That's not right to the seller at all.

    That is the contract that Betterdeals4u2 signed, it is upfront and the vendor knows it. The vendor gets paid AFTER shipment it is contracted that way.
  11. Home & Family Do NOT do business with Sears. I am probably the least litigious person I know and tomorrow I will be filing a claim in small clams court against them. Our dishwasher, under warranty, has been broken for 3 months. We have had 8 service calls, taken off 40 hours of work to wait for service people to show up- often they arrived many hours late, with no ID badges, incorrect parts and only one has ever left us a receipt. One time we waited 5 hours and the person never showed up at all. They scratched our new hardwood floor, made us pay for a service call despite the warranty (and have still not reimbursed us) and the dishwasher still does not work. I finally reached someone in executive offices, Samantha, who was understanding, gave me a case number and said she would work to get it replaced and would call me in 1-3 days. That was about 2 weeks ago and I never heard from her again. Please beware of doing business with them, they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers.
