  1. Home & Family I am wondering if Sears cares about having customers? I've been on the phone for the last two hours about a scheduled delivery. Clearly, I'm talking to someone in another country. Not only am I being given the run around, they've hung up on me TWICE when I've asked to speak to a supervisor. I honestly have NEVER been treated as bad as your delivery department has treated me. If this isn't resolved by someone within the next 24 hours, I'm done, and I will NEVER buy from Sears again! Believe it!
