  1. Home & Family Our furnace and AC were installed last Friday. The next day, we received errors on our thermostat and the furnace shut down and reset itself multiple times. This situation repeats every day, and during this period we lost heat supply. Living in the Chicago suburb, we experience low 30s in the past few days. I made multiple calls but no one return my calls yet. I am very disappointed with this condition. Can Sears take back the system and have our money refunded?
