  4. Home & Family I wonder why I continue to purchase from Sears. Ordered an Over the Range Micro wave and it came to me in the wrong color. I then purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered with scratches on the door. Called them for a new one and they bartered with me to keep it and promised a $200 gift card for the damage. They sent the e-card and while trying to use the card they sent, I found out that the card had zero balance on it. Three more hours at Sears working this issue out and yesterday I got a call that the card was indeed empty and they would call me after they figured out why? Still waiting with damaged fridge and no balance on a gift card. Poor service but good products for the most part.

Home & Family I had reserved a Maytag Steam Dryer in my name at a price of 502.$, upon arrival I observed the item was tagged SOLD with my NAME on the Appliance on the sales floor, store 07507 but the price was raised to 729.$, I had to wait 2 days for the store manager to arrive (today 11/26/12) to find out he will still sell it, but for 100$ more then agreed upon, for 602.$. I only had a verbal agreement with an e-mail to verify the sale. I agreed over the phone, offered a CC over the phone, but he couldn\'t take visa, and I find myself shopping online now for a better bargain,(and finding it, but feeling guilty over the latest verbal agreement, on my end) what should I do?

  13. Outdoors Hi, I purchased 2 snow throwers last year from Sears a 24 inch & a 26 inch. I took them out of the boxeand gas them up , but with a mild winter we had i did not use them at all. this is in UTICA, N.Y. Now here we are getting ready for another winter, Yesterday I fired up both machines and thay were surgering up & down. I did not use fuel stablizer & and I did not run the fuel out. I know the 10 % enthnol messed up the carbs. So today I took each carb and cleaned them up , Now the machines are running great. In doing this carb cleaning On the 24 inch machine when I took off the belt cover where the pullies are, low and behold I found Two bolts missing which securites the Plate cover to the housing. If it were not for cleaning out the carbs I would have never have taken the belt cover off. I do think SEARS should a least send me the two plate bolts that are missing.
