  1. Home & Family I'll tell you what I have found out. Their customer service people are terrible. Across the board. There is no continuity of care at all and it makes for a seriously frustrating experience. Totally patronizing and they have no idea what they are talking about. They made mistake after mistake with me and I was never able to talk to someone who could actually take care of my problem (which was their fault in the first place). Don't shop online with them, just go to a store. But if you do, watch out, their iPods (his word not mine, it was actually an iPad) might not be working so they will have to 'resort' to their old IBM systems.
