  • After purchasing 2 Kenmore Elite items in the store I noticed we did not receive the %10 discount. It was closing time when we left so we didn’t call the store. Why wouldn’t we be given the discount? I’m thinking it’s because we opted for the %5 discount for putting it on the credit card. If this is the case the salesman should have mentioned it was one or the other and we would have used a different card.

    Please call our online Customer Service at 1-800-549-4505 they should be able to help you further.

    You can also take your receipt back to your local store and have them check this issue for you.
