  • Do you use a pedometer?

  • Have you ever tracked your steps using a pedometer? Or, do you regularly wear one? I know a few people who wear one daily, and it has truly changed their lives. They have all started a more routine work out schedule, and have taken to eating a bit more healthily.

    If you do have a pedometer-how many steps do you usually take a day? What brand do you have?

  • I too would love to hear some feedback on this one!

    Currently I have started a healthy diet but am waiting until the weather clears to start my walking and thought of purchasing a pedometer.

    I do have a path that I will be walking that I had estimated about a mile, but having a pedometer would definitely help with the true distance.

    Looking forward to hearing some suggestions!
