  • How do you stay motivated to work out each day? I try, but man I seem to fall off the wagon a lot. If I miss one day I feel it ruins everything and I stop wanting to go!

  • Ryan, I agree. I just shame myself into going on days I don’t feel like working out or I just take a break. Once you get into a consistent rhythm, you think about working out every single day.

    Don’t be shy if you want to move to workout.Exercise is very important to improve health and fitness. Go for running, walking at least 30 to 45 minutes in a day. Practice push ups, bench press, chair squats, cable stretching and band resistance. It make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, improve physical performance, improve heart functions and mental health and give you fit body.
