Meet Our New Fitness Expert – Franklin Antoian

The MySears Community is proud to welcome Franklin Antoian to the community. Franklin Antoian is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and founder of the online personal training website, Franklin helps clients from around the world to get in the best shape of their lives with his online workout videos, exercises and custom online personal training.

Franklin believes in the fitness philosophy that there is a workout for everyone – and workouts don’t always have to take place in a gym. Walking, hiking, biking can replace a treadmill, outdoor pushups, situps and pullups can replace gym machines and a fun yoga class or massage can be an alternative to stretching. To find the perfect workout, ask yourself, “What are my fitness goals?” From there, you can design the best workout for you.

During a 15 year career the fitness industry, Franklin has been featured in SHAPE Magazine, USA Today, Fox News Online, Magazine, iVillage, Real Simple magazine,, Palm Beach Illustrated and more. Additionally, Franklin has worked on fitness campaigns for many of the top fitness companies in the industry.

Franklin is also a fitness writer for Sears, Fitness Expert for Krav Maga Self Defense Martial Arts Instructor, Titleist Golf Fitness Instructor, author of “The Fit Executive: Fitness for Today’s Busy Professional“, and a contributing  writer for The American Council on Exercise – ACE Fitness.

Franklin was happy to be voted one of’s 50 Hottest Make Trainer of 2013. Franklin lives in Palm Beach, Florida where he surfs and trains clients online and in-person.
