Christmas party decorations

Choose a theme for your party with a “wow” factor. Elevate your party by using a creative theme complemented by background music for even more holiday ambiance.

  • Winter wonderland: You can create an inviting winter wonderland inside your home. Choose a blue and white color palate incorporating elements of nature such as pine cones and lots of greenery. String cool white Christmas lights inside, make fake snow balls using Styrofoam and white glitter.
  • Gold and silver glitz: For more formality and glamour, mix elegant garlands of gold and silver made from different materials. String white lights for more sparking, fill glass containers with gold and silver Christmas ornaments or use ornament holders on tables surrounded by matching candles.

Holiday food ideas

Whether you plan a sit-down dinner or prefer serving buffet style, expand your culinary skills with these holiday food ideas. Choose finger foods for a large crowd or go with traditional dishes for smaller groups.

  • Flatbreads: Use an assortment of toppings such as tomato and thyme, bacon and scallion, or zucchini and olive.
  • Holiday ham: Make a delicious holiday ham coating using brown mustard, brown sugar, bourbon and crushed ginger snap cookies.
  • Dessert surprise: In addition to your homemade cookies, make a surprise dessert, such as a chocolate-cherry trifle or an eggnog custard pie.
